1. 6 hours advance notice is required for cancelation and rescheduling. If this is not adhered to, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
2. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
We highly recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment, especially during peak hours and weekends. However, we do welcome walk-ins based on availability. To avoid disappointment, feel free to call, WhatsApp, or book online.
We suggest arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time to relax and fill out any necessary consultation forms. Please avoid heavy meals and alcohol before your treatment. If it’s your first visit, let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, or preferences so we can tailor the experience to your needs.
